| ZTT contributed to Vietnam's first submarine cable project |

The first 22kv submarine power cable project in Vietnam transmitted electric power to Vinpearl tourist district and inhabitant residence on Hon Tre islands successfully instead of diesel generator system. ZTT supplied submarine power cable for the project.
ZTT produce submarine power cable according to European standards. Its length is 3.4km and fix by cement concrete at the depth of 1-2 meters sea mud. The project invested large capital and finished in 19 days only. Laying submarine power cable just achieved in 6 days.
The experts indicated that it is the first large island power transmission project of Vietnam electric power networks, and this project showed bright future of submarine power cable¡¯s application in special fields. In the future they will transmit electric power to more and more important islands by submarine power cable.
Also Vietnam¡¯s newspapers reported that ZTT contributed to the first submarine cable project.
