ZTT three new large cross-section aluminum transmission conductor passed the examination in Beijing by the China Electricity Council Organization on July11th which making new contribution to enhance the transmission capacity of China's power grid

JL/G3A-900/40-72/7¡¢JL/G2A-900/75-84/7ACSR and JL/G3A-1000/45-72/7 ACSR
In the recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the contradiction of the power shortage is increasingly prominent. The main reasons are: first, the shortage of electric power resources. Second, the current transmission line can¡¯t meet the transmission requirement. The national development and reform commission¡¯s long-term development plan of electricity pointed out: we must apply to the use of advanced new technologies to improve the power grid transmission capacity. ZTT conductor has the advantages of large power transmission. ,less line loss and the reduction of line corridors etc, which can be used for special high-voltage transmission lines. It can also improve the special ultra high-voltage transmission capacity.
Large cross-section of conductive lines can significantly reduce the power loss. In the long run, it can increase the great economic benefits. At present, Japan, South Korea, etc. have a very wide range use of high-pressure and ultrahigh-high pressure power grids. The technology of high-conductivity ACSR large cross-section of the raw materials, the technology of wire manufacturing, circuit and wire designing technology, gold with annex technology, construction technology, operation and maintenance technology are relatively mature. In china, the application of this new technology is gradually carried out.
¡¡ ZTT chief engineer You Wei Ren introduced to the experts the details of the research and development of the large cross-section wire, which can bear the high-voltage of national power grid. ZTT set up a "special large cross-section high-voltage conductor¡± production group, implement the relevant responsibilities of various departments to strengthen R & D. With the assistance of experts of national power grid at the Beijing Electric Power Construction Research Institute and Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute, ZTT developed and produced these three new products successfully, and passed the test of national power grid, State Research Institute of Electric Power Construction.
